Refund and Return Policy

At Movers And Packers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, plans change or issues may arise during the moving process. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or compensations may be applicable for our moving and packing services.

1. Service Cancellation & Refunds

  • Full Refund: If a customer cancels the booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled move, a full refund will be issued.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled service may be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund, due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We offer free rescheduling if the request is made at least 24 hours before the move. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur additional charges, depending on crew availability and travel adjustments.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

While our trained professionals handle your items with the utmost care, we understand that accidents can happen.

  • Reported On-Site: If damage is reported during the move or at the time of delivery, our team will assess the situation and provide a suitable compensation or repair.

  • Reported Later: Claims made within 2 hours after delivery will be considered. After this period, we may not be able to process compensation due to verification limitations.

  • Exclusions: We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damages or fragile items not properly packed by our team.

    • High-value items not declared prior to the move.

    • Natural disasters, road incidents, or third-party involvement.

4. Return of Packing Materials

Any unused or excess packing materials provided by us (e.g., boxes, bubble wrap) can be returned within 3 days for a refund, provided they are in good condition. Transportation cost for return will be borne by the customer.

5. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds are processed via the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
