1. Scope of Services

We provide a range of relocation services including:

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed via call, WhatsApp, email, or our website form.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after acknowledgment from our team.

  • In some cases, a token advance may be required to secure your slot.

3. Pricing and Estimates

  • Price estimates are given based on the details provided by the customer.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on actual volume, distance, number of laborers required, or additional services requested.

  • Any tolls, taxes, or building access charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule your move, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of advance (if paid).

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper access to the premises on the agreed date and time.

  • Remove or secure any valuable, delicate, or personal items not intended for transport.

  • Inform our team in advance if any special equipment (cranes, extra labor, etc.) may be needed.

6. Limitations of Liability

While we take the utmost care during every move:

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by poor packing if items were not packed by our team.

  • We do not accept liability for any delays caused by weather, road conditions, law enforcement, or building restrictions.

  • Customers are advised to check their items upon delivery. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Insurance

  • We offer basic handling coverage for goods, but this is not comprehensive insurance.

  • For high-value or fragile items, we recommend the customer arranges third-party insurance or discusses additional coverage with our team.

8. Storage Services

  • Storage facilities (if used) are billed separately and subject to availability.

  • Customers are responsible for item labeling and inventory before storage.

  • We are not liable for perishable, flammable, or restricted items stored without disclosure.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if:

  • The location is unsafe for our team.

  • The customer provides misleading or incomplete information.

  • There is abuse, harassment, or misconduct toward our staff.

10. Changes to Terms

Movers and Packers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the revised terms.
